Dr. Oscar Dominguez
GENERAL DENTIST
Dr. Cindy Choi joins us in serving the Virginian community she grew up in. After receiving a full scholarship to attend Duke University for her undergraduate studies, she worked as a fellow at the National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research. It is here that Dr. Choi was able to be at the forefront of dentistry and was exposed to the clinical dentistry of patients with rare diseases. She received her DMD from the University of Pennsylvania. There she also received honors in community service, the Delta Dental Scholarship for excellence in community service, and in her latest venture, she received the Pediatric Dental Certificate from the Children’s Hospital of Colorado.
Dr. Choi is not only skilled at being Laser certified and Single Tooth Anesthesia (STA) certified, but in Colorado, she picked up some great skiing and snowboarding skills as well. She is an athlete at heart. Growing up in Burke, VA, Dr. Choi coached the Special Olympics in swimming and gymnastics and completed the Mission of Mercy in the DMV area. This also led her to travel the world with the Duke Football and Basketball team as a Duke University Cheerleader. During your appointment with Dr. Choi, you can talk to her about K-Pop, K-Dramas, camping, traveling, watching basketball, and all of her fun adventures.
Dr. Oscar Dominguez is part of our general dentistry team in our Springfield, Alexandria and Purcellville locations. Dr. Dominguez grew up in Mexico City, Mexico and studied at Howard University in Washington D.C. During his many years of experience, Dr. Dominguez has established himself as a reputable and trusted provider. Serving the local community and being able to restore oral health and transform the lives of his patients has always been his ultimate goal. Dr. Dominguez hopes to offer the best dental service and establish a long-standing relationship with Let’s Smile Dental patients and their communities. His reviews speak for themselves!

Dr. Manhal Eliliwi
Orthodontist
Dr. Yim grew up in Iowa and received his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA. After graduating with his DMD, Dr. Yim completed his Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland. He is trained in cosmetic surgery, pathology and reconstruction, dentoalveolar, trauma, and TMJ surgery.
Dr. Yim is enjoying all that the DMV area has to offer, along with his wife Soyoung, and their corgi, Mona. Ask him about their corgi.
Dr. Manhal Eliliwi was born in Aleppo, Syria. His passion for becoming an Orthodontist led him to start his education at the Damascus University School of Dental Medicine. After he completed his time in Damascus, he moved to the states and completed his research at the Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics Department of the Boston University School of Dental Medicine. Completing his comprehensive education, he received his Orthodontic Certificate from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.
Dr. Manny’s time in school led him to a long-standing list of accomplishments and admiration from his peers. He has spoken at the American Association of Orthodontics (AAO) Annual Meeting, published articles in many Orthodontic oriented journals, and is a reoccurring member of the American Dental Association (ADA).
During his time away from being an Orthodontist, he is an avid hiker, an up-and-coming Gordon Ramsay in the kitchen, and loves to spend time with friends and family.
Dr. Manny’s love for crafting beautiful smiles for adults and children has imprinted a long-lasting impression on every patient he meets. Seeing the patient finally have the smile of their dreams is an ecstatic experience for Dr. Manny.
DR. Constanza Mondragon
Pediatric Dentist
Dr. Constanza Mondragon is a pediatric dentist at our Alexandria (Landmark) location. Dr. Mondragon grew up in Bogota, Colombia, studied at El Bosque University in Bogota, and then completed her dental school education at Nova Southeastern University in Florida. Dr. Mondragon has made helping patients her main goal here at Let’s Smile Dental. Dr. Mondragon’s hope with every patient is to educate parents on the importance of early cavity detection and clinical prevention.
When not serving the dental needs of the Northern Virginia and the Washington D.C. community, Dr. Mondragon loves spending quality time with family and friends, dancing, and exploring the great outdoors.
